第三世界的地理距离与心理距离

 

 

第三世界既是一种地理范畴的客观指称，也是一种心理上的主观认知，而主观认知严重依赖于认知者使用的语言和背景身份。但是，第三世界本身的多元化和丰富性，常与认知者的刻板印象存在较大差距。两者发生错配时，就会导致认知者对第三世界的认知发生严重偏差。本文主要从主观认知入手，通过比较马来西亚（黄锦树）、香港（陶杰）和中国上海（金宇澄）的三个文本案例，分析华语在不同的第三世界所产生的作用，比较它们巨大的异质性，探讨通过共同语言来理解第三世界共同处境的可能性。

The Geographical Distance and Psychological Distance of the Third World

​

The third world is not only an objective reference of a geographical category, but also a subjective perception psychologically. And the usage method of it highly relates to the language and cultural background of the user himself. However, since the institutions of the third world vary hugely in different place, the reality of the third world always contradicts to our stereotyped imagination. When the mismatching occurred, a serious bias will be generated. In this paper, we will discuss three cases of literature separately, by the writers from Malaysia, Hongkong and Shanghai. By analyzing the usage of Chinese language in different context, we may reach more agreements on the meaning of the third world.
